京都府京都市生まれ。家族の影響で幼少期から音楽や絵画制作を始める。​​日本アカデミー賞を受賞した映画「怒り」の劇中歌をはじめ、ソフトバンクのテレビCMソングなど数多くの作曲を担当。​MBSラジオで自身の番組パーソナリティを務める他、地元である京都の観光大使など幅広く活動を続けている。

Born in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, he began engaging in music and painting from an early age under the influence of his family.He has composed numerous works, including a song featured in the Japan Academy Prize–winning film Rage, as well as television commercial music for SoftBank. In addition to serving as the personality of his own program on MBS Radio, he is also active in a wide range of fields, including his role as a tourism ambassador for his hometown of Kyoto.
