I composed the collaborative song "Today is a Special Day," commemorating the relocation of the Agency for Cultural Affairs to Kyoto.
Yoshikatsu Ikeuchi, who has been appointed as a cultural tourism ambassador for Kyoto Prefecture, appeared in a video documenting his journey of creating music while experiencing the culture of various parts of the prefecture.
