A talk session with the Governor of Kyoto.

On November 15th, I participated in a talk session with Governor Nishiwaki of Kyoto at the "MUSORY Yoshikatsu Ikeuchi Experience" held at the Meiji Kotokan (Meiji Capital Hall) of the Kyoto National Museum .
